Unlocking Inclusive Leadership: Creating Manageable Discomfort and Accountability

In this free report, we address the key barriers to inclusive leadership, including the preference for equality over equity, the lack of courage and tools, and the lack of support in DEI practices. Also, we offer solutions to help leaders overcome these barriers and valuable recommendations to organisations on fostering inclusive leadership in the workplace.

Our inclusive leadership program runs for around 4 - 6 months and its primary aim is to help support leaders on their learning journey. There are three core half-day workshops, with each focusing on components such as ‘privilege bias or merit’, ‘skills of an inclusive leader’, and ‘action and advocacy’. This research report aims to offer a practical understanding of inclusive leadership and how it can be developed in organisations. It explains how the design of the inclusive leadership program addresses the barriers to inclusive leadership, thereby, allowing people to recognise the need and value of equity, how to lead more inclusively through the acquisition of new skills and mindsets, and how they can support themselves and each other to make sustained progress.
