Experience the power of allyship in a unique way
Embodying authentic allyship is complex, uncomfortable and involves human connection; truly listening and understanding what people need. It isn’t something that can solely be taught through typical classroom-based techniques.
In partnership with artist, Louise Emily at Art After Dark, we offer leaders an exploration of what it feels like to walk the path of allyship. Participants will learn the benefits of moving past discomfort to open up new conversations that they typically don’t have at work but are vital for inclusion.
This can be a standalone workshop to support the development of allyship practices, integrated into Avenir’s inclusive leadership programme or as an energising and purposeful contribution of a leadership away day.
