Nadia has spent 20 years helping organisations turn leadership development into measurable business performance. She founded Avenir in 2015 to do something most consultancies don't: design rigorous, evidence-based programmes that change how leaders actually behave, and prove it with data.

Her clients include Warner Bros. Discovery, Paramount, Starbucks, and AstraZeneca. Across every engagement, Avenir tracks behaviour change before and after, so leaders and organisations can see the return on their investment.

A Chartered Psychologist and accredited coach, Nadia brings both the analytical rigour of organisational science and the credibility of two decades in boardrooms, leadership teams, and culture programmes across industries. She is the author of Beyond Discomfort: Why Inclusive Leadership Is So Hard, host of the Why Care? podcast, and a keynote speaker who has addressed global audiences at PwC, Nestlé, CBRE, and international conferences worldwide.
